Read guideWork out the weekly cost of holding a rental
Annual cash flow is collected rent less running costs, full loan repayments and capital spending. Divide by 52 for an average weekly contribution or surplus. Net rental yield leaves finance out, so it cannot answer this question on its own.
Add your price and rent, then open Funding and enter a cash purchase or mortgage. Include vacancy and the ownership bills you know. Missing amounts remain unconfirmed.
