Calculations use the figures you enter. We do not fetch valuations, assess loan eligibility or determine tax and grant entitlements. You can inspect the formulas and assumptions, compare scenarios and export your work.
How the guides are prepared
Guides are published by BrickOutlook. Worked examples are illustrative and separate from government eligibility rules. Tax and assistance pages link to official sources and show when those sources were checked. No professional accreditation or external expert review is claimed.
Rules can change between reviews. For an application or tax return, use the current official guidance for the relevant transaction and income year.
Your figures stay with you
The calculators run in your browser. Local saving does not require a BrickOutlook account. Export a session to keep a backup or move devices. The purchase budget has its own export and import controls.
